Rene Larson
H.B.A., J.D.
Rene Larson has been a lawyer in Thunder Bay for almost 50 years, and is the founder of Larson Lawyers.
Over the years, Rene has served his community as a four term Councillor for the City of Thunder Bay. He was also once President of The Thunder Bay Law Association. Next, for a time Rene became a Professor at the Bora Laskin Faculty Of Law.

Kady Stachiw
H.B. Comm, J.D.
Kady Stachiw was born and raised in Thunder Bay. Later as an adult, Kady graduated from Lakehead University in 2010 with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Finance and minoring in Economics.
Kady then attended the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law graduating cum laude in June of 2015. After graduation she was called to the Ontario Bar on June 15, 2016.

Olivia Pietrangelo
HBSc., J.D.
Olivia Pietrangelo attended Algoma University in Sault Ste. Marie, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (honours) cum laude in Biology. Afterward she attended law school at Lakehead University’s Bora Laskin Faculty of Law and graduated in May of 2020.
Olivia was then called to the Ontario Bar on October 30, 2020. Recently, Olivia Pietrangelo purchased a farm outside Thunder Bay. Because of this, if you ask for a house call in Nolalu or Kakabeka Falls, it will probably be her who comes out.

Lydia Leroux
H.B.A., J.D
Lydia Leroux was born and raised in Thunder Bay. She graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Lakehead University before moving to Kingston to complete her law degree at Queen’s University.
Lydia articled and worked at a Southern Ontario law office before joining our team, and she was called to the Ontario Bar in 2021.
When not in the office Lydia enjoys playing card games, the outdoors, and spending time with her beagle and two cats.

Marcy Clason
Law Clerk
Marcy was born and raised in Thunder Bay. She then joined our team in 2021 bringing with her 5 years of experience in the Customer Service Industry.
She is one of our Real Estate Clerks. After you retain our office, Marcy will assist with the preparation of our purchase, sale and refinance transactions.
After work In her spare time she enjoys camping, traveling, and tending to her large office plant collection.
Marcy also has a fur baby, Phoebe the Calico cat, which she rescued in 2021.

Ali Mapledoram
Law Clerk

Ali was born and raised in Thunder Bay. Ali joined our team in 2018 after having 12 years experience in the Customer Service industry.
She is one of our Real Estate Clerks. After you retain our firm, she will focus on managing the clerical side of real estate transactions.
Finally, in her spare time she enjoys spending time with her fur babies, Hal and Finn. She also participates in curling, soccer, baseball and travelling.

Danielle Grotke
Receptionist
Danielle was born and raised in Kenora. She then moved to Thunder Bay in 2002.
She joined our firm in 2021 as our Receptionist after 25 years in the customer service industry.
After work In her spare time, Danielle enjoys walking, reading, cooking, gardening and spending time with her dog Sophie.

Morale Officers Hal & Finn
Hal and Finn love coming to work with a pawsitive attitude and making their rounds for treats. They also love their never ending tie collection to look very daper at the office. Their responsibilities include: keeping the morale high at the office, greeting pet friendly clients and checking all packages delivered to the office.
